Order Processing
Watches labeled as Price On Request or Special Order require 2-5 business days to ship, as they are specially ordered from our suppliers. In-stock items are generally shipped the same business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipment Details
Orders are securely packed and shipped via UPS or FedEx, fully insured for your protection. A signature is required upon delivery or pickup to ensure safe receipt. Shipments can be sent to your billing address.

As required by law, we collect sales tax on shipping and handling fees for taxable orders shipped to New York State addresses.
Tracking and Notifications
