What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship of your timepiece under normal use and care for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, including drops, impacts, or excessive force.
- Damage resulting from improper handling, storage, or maintenance.
- Normal wear and tear such as scratches, minor scuffs, or fading of finishes.
- Water damage if the watch was not worn or maintained following the manufacturer's water resistance guidelines.
- Damage from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or service performed by third parties.
- Consequential or incidental damages, including loss of use, income, or emotional distress.
- Batteries, unless battery failure is due to a manufacturing defect covered under this warranty.
Warranty Service
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions for safely returning your watch to our authorized service center.
Our Responsibility
Upon validating your warranty claim, Father Time Lux will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective watch with a similar model. We will cover the cost of return shipping for the repaired or replaced timepiece to your designated address.
Important Notes
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser from Father Time Lux.
- Proof of purchase (original receipt or invoice) is required to process any warranty claims.
- Father Time Lux reserves the right to modify or update the terms of this warranty at any time.
