At Father Time Lux, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury timepiece purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully happy, our return policy is designed to assist you with a smooth and fair process.
Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Watches must be unworn, in original condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation such as warranty cards and manuals.
- Exclusions: Special orders, custom pieces, engraved watches, and sourced items are generally non-returnable. Please contact us for specific details.
- Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee applies to all returns and exchange requests due to the high value of our timepieces.
Unpacking Video Requirement
Given the high value of our products, an unpacking video of the package is mandatory at the time of receipt. This video will be required in the unlikely event of receiving an incorrect, damaged, or missing item to assist in claims and resolutions.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our customer service team for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Provide your order number, reason for return, and include your unpacking video as requested. Securely pack the watch in its original packaging, including all accessories, and send it back using a trackable, insured shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned watch. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exceptions & Additional Conditions
- Watches showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.
- Watches purchased during promotions, sales, or marked as "Price On Request" are final sale and cannot be returned.
- All returned packages must include the unpacking video as proof of condition upon receipt.
